It has been proven that race fans are the most loyal group of consumers when it comes to purchasing products or services that are advertised in the motorsports arena. The demographic profile of race fans at the grass roots level is largely made up of middle to upper income families who have the purchasing power your company is targeting with your advertising dollars. With F.A.S.T. you will market your products or services to a large group of people each week who are more likely to buy what you are selling because of your involvement with their favorite race drivers and tracks. We can provide Direct To Consumer (DTC) and Point of Sale opportunities for your company along with other creative means of marketing to a live audience. NOTE: Package pricing covers the entire 2010 racing season starting with pre-season promotion in January and continuing through December with weekly promotion of your company's support of this Championship title. Each Advertising Package can be customized to meet your marketing needs - please do not hesitate to suggest package options that would benefit your company's marketing plan.

 

Title Sponsorship (1 Total) Total cost = $5,000.00
You will have naming rights for the championship title. Your company name/logo will appear as part of the F.A.S.T. logo; Your company logo will appear in all print, internet, & audio/visual advertisements. Your company logo will appear on F.A.S.T. merchandise, hero cards, marketing materials, and signage. Your company name will be prominent in all press releases and everywhere the F.A.S.T. logo appears. You will have point of sale and hospitality opportunities on site at the scheduled racing events. You will have access to a large database of fans and drivers to be used for your own advertising and mailings. You will have access to drivers/cars for photo opportunities to be used in your own advertising.
F.A.S.T. will distribute all company information, fliers, promotions, decals, coupons, etc directly to race teams. Non-race related product information will be distributed to fans through our display and staff. You may supply decals (up to 8" wide) that we will distribute to the race teams to put on their car to show support.  Your logo will be integrated with the FAST logo to be displayed on all cars participating in the events.  You will receive prominent placement on the F.A.S.T. web site.  You will get weekly ad spots on The Last Lap internet racing talk show.  Your logo will appear in all F.A.S.T. marketing campaigns throughout the racing season and during all off-season events.

Presenting Sponsorships (2 Total) Total cost = $2,500
Your company logo will appear along with the F.A.S.T. logo as a sub-heading such as "Presented by..."; Your company name/logo will appear in all print, internet, & audio/visual advertisements.
Your company logo will appear on F.A.S.T. merchandise, hero cards, marketing materials, and banner advertising at each track. Your company name will be prominent in all press releases and everywhere the F.A.S.T. logo appears. You will have point of sale and hospitality opportunities on site at the scheduled racing events. Gold Level Sponsorships Total cost = $1,000
Your company name will appear in all print, internet, & audio/visual advertisements. Your company name will be mentioned in all press releases. Your company logo with a link to your company web site will be placed on the main page of the F.A.S.T. web site in a prominent location (Approx. size = 180x250).
Your company logo will appear on F.A.S.T. merchandise, hero cards, marketing materials, and banner advertising at each track (Large size). You will get weekly mentions on The Last Lap internet racing talk show. The F.A.S.T. web site will receive thousands of hits weekly throughout the racing season as people keep up with news, results, and points. F.A.S.T. will distribute all company information, fliers, promotions, decals, coupons, etc directly to race teams. Non-race related product information will be distributed to fans through our display and staff.

Silver Level Sponsorships Total cost = $500
Your company name will be mentioned in all press releases.
You will get weekly mentions on The Last Lap internet racing talk show. Your company logo will appear on F.A.S.T. merchandise, hero cards, marketing materials, and banner advertising at each track (Medium size). Your company logo with a link to your company web site will be placed on the F.A.S.T. web site (Approx. size = 180x120).  The F.A.S.T. web site will receive thousands of hits weekly throughout the racing season as people keep up with news, results, and points. F.A.S.T. will distribute all company information, fliers, promotions, decals, coupons, etc directly to race teams. Non-race related product information will be distributed to fans through our display and staff.

Bronze Level Sponsorships Total cost = $250
Your company name will be mentioned in all press releases.
You will get weekly mentions on The Last Lap internet racing talk show. Your company logo will appear on F.A.S.T. merchandise, hero cards, marketing materials, and banner advertising at each track (Small size). Your company logo with a link to your company web site will be placed on the F.A.S.T. web site (Approx. size = 180x60). The F.A.S.T. web site will receive thousands of hits weekly throughout the racing season as people keep up with news, results, and points. F.A.S.T. will distribute all company information, fliers, promotions, decals, coupons, etc directly to race teams. Non-race related product information will be distributed to fans through our display and staff.

Contingency Sponsorships Total cost = Varies

Contingency sponsorship is a common form of "after the fact" sponsorship whereby racers place stickers on their vehicles from companies that post monetary or products awards to race teams in exchange for visibility and the right to use images of the driver and their car in promotional literature and advertising. Common in auto racing, contingency sponsorships are generally arrangements where a sponsor (typically a company / manufacturer) offers prizes or product discounts to drivers who use their products or display their decals on their vehicles.


NOTE: All sponsorship/advertising packages will be administered with a legal, binding contract that assures each and every marketing partner that the promised advertising package items will be delivered. Payment will be due no later than July 1, 2010 and will be held in an escrow account to insure that the point fund that we advertise will be paid out at the end of the season. You will be guaranteed advertising for your company throughout the 2010 racing season.


Print Publications: Area Auto Racing News (AARN), Midwest Area Auto Racing News (MAARN), SpeedSport News, Flat Out Magazine, and other trade newspapers and advertisement fliers.

World Wide Web: Weekly updates on PitGate.com, Hoseheads.com, TJSlideways.com, WhoWon.com, Fremont & Attica’s track homepages and on the F.A.S.T. web site which will be heavily promoted for visitors to come to check news and results every week of the season and through the off-season as well.  Driver interviews can be heard at DirtCast.com, LastLapLive.com, and WFIN.com throughout the season.

Audio/Visual: Weekly recaps on The Last Lap talk radio show by Brian Liskai and Scott Barman on internet radio at www.LastLapLive.com on the world wide web. Weekly internet podcast of the Last Lap show available on iTunes.  Public Announcements by the track announcer during the weekly racing events. Video highlights posted on the world wide web on the F.A.S.T. web site and sites such as YouTube.com where thousands of people will see your logo.

Social Media: F.A.S.T. utilizes social media marketing tools such as Twitter and FaceBook to keep fans informed of the latest results, news, events, and live updates from the races themselves.
